Refunding, Deleting and Cancelling Ledger Entries

Deletions

The following payment types can be deleted:

• Cash
• Cheque
• Third-Party Cheque
• E-Claim Payment - Electronic

You first want to click onto the payment line

Then click Delete in the right hand corner

Click Delete again to confirm

Refunds

The following payment types can be refunded:

• Eftpos Payments
• Credit Card Payments

Click onto the payment line

Click Refund in the bottom right corner

Click Save to confirm the refund

Both the Initial Payment and the Refund will be displayed on the patient ledger
