Deleting surgeries

You can delete any of a location's surgeries that do not have any appointments scheduled in them, but you can delete surgeries that have only events scheduled in them.

To delete a surgery

How to get there

1. If you are not already viewing the correct location, select it on the Location menu.

2. On the Settings menu, under Location, click (or tap) Surgeries.

   The Surgeries page opens.

1. On a location's Surgeries page, select a surgery.

   

   Note: To view all active and inactive surgeries in the list, select the Include Inactive check box.

   The options for editing the surgery become available.

   

   Tip: You cannot delete a surgery that has past and/or future appointments. If this surgery has appointments scheduled in it, a message in a yellow box appears. To view a list of those appointments and any events that may also be scheduled in the surgery, click (or tap) the yellow box.

   

2. Click (or tap) Delete. This button is available only if there are no appointments and/or events scheduled in this surgery.

   A confirmation message appears.

3. Click (or tap) OK.
