The Recall Management Report lists the patients with and/or without recall attached and who have and/or do not have scheduled recall appointments.
To run the report
On the Home menu, under Reports, click (or tap) Recall Management.
The Recall Management page opens.
Set up the following Filters as needed:
Locations - Select All to view recall types for all locations, or select specific locations to view recall types for only those locations (only locations that you have access to are available). The report uses the location in which a given recall type was added to a patient record. It does not use the patient's preferred location, unless the patient does not have a given recall type attached, or the location of his or her recall appointment.
Patients - Select whether you want to view only patients with one or more recall types attached or only patients without any recall types attached.
Appointment - Select whether you want to view all recall patients (with and without a scheduled recall appointment), only patients with a scheduled recall appointment, or only patients without a scheduled recall appointment.
Due Date Range - Enter a date range to view only those recall patients that have a due date within the specified date range.
Recall Type - Select the All check box to view patients with any recall type attached, or clear the check boxes that correspond to the recall types that you want to exclude from the report, respectively.
