You can add leave hours or hours not worked for a provider (such as when the provider is sick or has scheduled annual leave) in regards to an NHS contract. This information is necessary to accurately analyse UDAs with the UDA Tracking and Analysis Report.
To add leave hours for a provider
On the Home menu, under NHS, click (or tap) UDA Tracker.
The UDA Tracking & Analysis page opens.
By default, the most recent NHS contract is selected. To select a different contract, select the desired contract from the Contract list.
From the Provider list, select a specific provider.
Click (or tap) Edit next to the provider's name.
A dialogue box appears.
Under Hours off, for each week that this provider has hours off, do the following:

Select a week from the Week beginning from list. Each date in the list represents a day in a week within the contract period, and the dates are listed in chronological order.

In the Hours Off That Week bow, enter the number of hours that this provider has off during the selected week.

Click (or tap) Add Leave.
Note: To remove leave hours for a week, click (or tap) the corresponding Remove button.

Click (or tap) Save Changes.
