You can correct a rejected NHS claim and resend it.
To resend a rejected NHS claim
On the Home menu, under NHS, click (or tap) Claims Central.
The NHS Claims Central page opens.
To filter the list by performer, from the Performer button menu, select a provider. To remove the provider filter, click the X next to the provider shown.
To filter the list by status, from the Status button menu, select a status, such as Error or Rejected.
To view details about a claim, click (or tap) that claim.
The NHS Claim dialogue box appears.
Make any necessary changes to the claim details.
Click (or tap) Save.
To filter the list to view claims with a Ready status, from the Status button menu, select Ready.
The claim that you corrected should appear in the list.
Select the corrected claim's check box.
Click (or tap) Send Selected.
The [Performer name], please enter your performer PIN dialogue box appears.
In the PIN box, enter the performer's PIN (as stored in the provider's user account).
Click (or tap) Send.
