If any providers who are supposed to be assigned to an NHS contract do not have a quota or work hours defined, you must add those providers to the NHS contract. This information is necessary to accurately analyse UDAs (Units of Dental Activity) with the UDA Tracking and Analysis Report.
To add a provider to an NHS contract
On the Home menu, under NHS, click (or tap) UDA Tracker.
The UDA Tracking & Analysis page opens.
By default, the most recent NHS contract is selected. To select a different contract, select the desired contract from the Contract list.
From the Provider list, select a specific provider.
Either click (or tap) Edit next to the provider's name, or click (or tap) Edit Provider Settings for [Provider] in the Provider Has No Quota or Work Hours box (blue box).
A dialogue box appears.
Set up the following options:

Quota for [Contract Number] - Enter the correct target number of UDAs (Units of Dental Activity) to be acheived by this provider within the contract period.

How many hours does this provider work per week? - Enter the number of hours per week that this provider typically works.

Hours off - As needed, you can add leave hours for this provider.

Click (or tap) Save Changes.
