Set the fees for the available procedures by typing the price into the New Fee field. Click Save
Assigning Providers to Denplan
Not all providers will provide Denplan as an option so its important we set them up for any providers who want to use this. Once configured that provider will have Denplan as their default for treatment when dealing with a Denplan patient, other providers will remain with standard provider fees and services.
Go to Settings->User Accounts.

Click on the Provider who is providing Denplan treatment.
Click on Fees Tab.
Under Contracted With section click on D and tick Denplan.

Click Save. If you haven't already chosen a Fee Schedule, a popup box will appear requesting you to choose one. Select Denplan from the dropdown menu.
Repeat for other Denplan treatment providers.
NOTE: The provider needs to log back in for changes to take effect.
Assigning a patient to Denplan
Bring up the Patient file and then click on Patient->Third Party.

Click Add Third Party.

Type Denplan into the 'Plan Search' field and choose the relevant plan from the options

Add a subscriber ID. This can be their Denplan number or just add a numeric figure like 111111111.
Click Save.
NOTE: Coverage start date should be a past date (e.g. when they signed up to Denplan, or if they have just started, then one day prior to today's date)
How charting Denplan procedures work.
Like any third party if the patient is set to Denplan and the provider performing the treatment is set to Denplan then when charting treatment it will default to Denplan (Third Party)and only show the procedures available as set above.
