Long longed for, finally here: we've corrected our obvious mark of dyslexia and you can look for Fluoride without thinking about it twice!
[NHS] Claims can be accepted on the completion date
When you go the extra-mile for your patients, you should not be limited by Ascend.
You can now set the Claim Acceptance Date and the Claim Completion Date as being the same date (if you want to).
[Online Bookings] Create a New Patient Record & Double Bookings
You had a lot of feedback about Online Booking and Patient Management during our January visits.
Whilst we are working on reviewing all of these, Team Ascend has fixed:
- The ability to create a new Patient Record from Online Booking appointments.
- Online Bookings so that your patients cannot double-book one your hygienists or dentists.
- SMS Verification is Live!
Don't forget to make checking the Appointments Booked Online part of your morning routine, to spot any appointments booked overnight!

[Procedure Fees] Amount is re-calculated at change of Provider
One step towards improving your experience as a Care Provider: when changing the Provider for a Procedure to invoice, Ascend will automatically re-calculate the Amount for invoice.
USA-Specific Recommendation and Terminology in User Settings and Prescriptions
Still in the language area, Prescriptions and Patient communications set-up are now in alignment with the original Shakespearean English as they should always have been:
