Release Notes 20th April - Faster Claim Auditing with Claims Central

The product update released on the 21st April 2020 has a couple of enhancements to the Claims Central area. Each claim will now show a last sent date, helpful to see when a claim was submitted for any auditing or assistance in diagnosing responses and errors.

We have also added a hyperlink to the patients NHS Claim window for easy access and faster claim auditing. Just click on the patient name highlighted in blue to take you straight to their individual claim area and faster access to their Chart/Progress Notes

There is also a link back to the Claims Central area in the patients NHS Claims area, reducing clicks and allowing the claim auditing to be faster, smoother and less click intensive.
