Paid to Amended Paid Transition!
We have added a new 'Amended Paid' status to reflect claims that have already been sent to the NHS, and then need to be resubmitted with updated details. To find out how to use this, see the details below, or read more here
When you've finished making updated, you can easily transition the Amended Paid claim to Sent from within the claim window
Ready to Sent Transition!
Another addition to this release is the ability to send a 'Ready' claim directly from the claim window! Simply click the 'Ready' badge at the top right corner to transition the claim to Sent, and then add your PIN to the popup window.
To Amend a Paid Claim
Click into your Paid claim
NOTE: You are unable to edit any of the fields in the 'Paid' status. This is to ensure data integrity, so it reflects exactly what was submitted to the NHS.
Go to the top right corner and click the status badge dropdown
Select the option: Transition to -> Amended Paid
You will receive an information popup, saying that you must resubmit this claim to the NHS and the Performer and Contract fields will not be editable. If these fields are incorrect, you must send a 'Deletion Request' to the NHS, and then create a new claim with the correct details.
NOTE: All the fields will now be editable. You can save it with or without making any changes, and it will remain in the Amended Paid status.
Once you have finished amending your claim, you will want to send it to the NHS
To Send an Amended Paid Claim:
Click into the Amended Paid claim you want to send
Go to the top right corner and click the status badge dropdown
Select the option: Transition to -> Sent
If you have made changes to the claim, you will be prompted to save it first. This will refresh the claim, and you can select the 'Transition to -> Sent' option again.
